项目地处昆明市官渡区巫家坝片区，城市新CBD中心，位于写字楼31F，占据极佳视野。

The project is located in the Wujiaba area of Guandu District, Kunming City, in the center of the city's new CBD. It is located on the 31F of the office building, occupying an excellent view.

前期作为办公展示、体验空间，后期会有企业作为真实的办公场所使用，设计旨在创造一个带有开敞通透、具有时代感、面向未来的艺术性办公场所。

In the early stage, it will serve as an office display and experience space, while in the later stage, enterprises will use it as a real office space. The design aims to create an open, transparent, contemporary, and futuristic artistic office space.

折叠，是生成不同空间的一种隐藏的机器。通过立体构成的手法将传统方盒子的空间形态进行几何分解与重构。最终形成一个几何化设计，拥有水平和竖直方向上的自由流线。

Folding is a hidden machine that generates different spaces. Geometrically decompose and reconstruct the spatial form of traditional square boxes through three-dimensional composition techniques. Ultimately, a geometric design is formed with free flow lines in both horizontal and vertical directions

办公室的整体设计通过不规则的几何构成，简明利落的线条和兼具照明和装饰效果的LED灯具，将力量与艺术完美交融，有着强烈的构成感和科技感。

The overall design of the office combines power with art through irregular geometric structures, concise and neat lines, and LED lighting fixtures that combine lighting and decorative effects, creating a strong sense of composition and technology.

空间整体底色以更纯粹的黑灰色调为主，黑灰色雕塑般的体块横穿于各个功能区域，为满足员工各种不同使用情景需求提供背景，犹如舞台聚光下的“演员”上演一出特别的剧目。

The overall background color of the space is mainly in a purer black and gray tone, with black and gray sculptural blocks crossing various functional areas, providing a background to meet the needs of employees in various usage scenarios, just like "actors" performing a special play under the spotlight of the stage.

流动的形体组合，使得办公，展示，休闲，培训等不同的功能体块之间达到彼此协调，互不竞争的状态。

The combination of flowing forms enables different functional blocks such as office, display, leisure, and training to achieve a coordinated and non competitive state.

在以往概念中的会议室是封闭，黑暗的空间，在这个项目中会议室更希望定义成一个舞台，是思想上的碰撞，灵感上的激发，可以让更多的人看到并参与其中。

In the previous concept, the conference room was a closed, dark space. In this project, the conference room was more intended to be defined as a stage, a collision of ideas and inspiration, allowing more people to see and participate in it

将会议室做成一个透明的玻璃展台，放在整个布局的中心位置，柔和了空间功能的分区界限，使得这一“转折”成为内外、上下自然连贯的“媒介”。

Make the conference room a transparent glass exhibition stand and place it at the center of the entire layout, softening the zoning boundaries of spatial functions, making this "turning point" a natural and coherent "medium" for both inside and outside, up and down.

全景玻璃幕墙模糊了窗外城市景观与窗内办公室的空间边界，立柱、墙体与物件的构图分隔，形成了不同尺寸和不同景致的城市框景。

The panoramic glass curtain wall blurs the spatial boundary between the urban landscape outside the window and the office inside the window. The composition of columns, walls, and objects is separated, forming a city frame view of different sizes and landscapes.
