沙盘区的花艺作品，展现了一种与自然共生的状态，枝干上生长着苔藓与附生的藿香石斛兰，它们彼此和而不同，这亦是一种共生。以遒劲的枝干为造型主体，置于逆光的玻璃背景前，更凸显它独特的线条感，切断的树枝形断意连，营造既东方又当代的空间体验。The flower art works in the sand table area showcase a symbiotic state with nature, with moss and epiphytic dendrobium agastache growing on the branches. They are harmonious but different from each other, which is also a symbiotic state. The main body of the design is the sturdy branches, placed in front of a backlit glass background, highlighting its unique sense of lines. The cut branches form a broken and connected structure, creating a spatial experience that is both Eastern and contemporary.

空间底色以木质调及古铜色金属为主，与统一的米白色天花及石材一同搭建了温暖沉稳的视觉体验，大落地玻璃窗的使用引入室外自然光线，内外虚实相交，呼应了无界的空间概念，应用可能性被进一步延展。The background color of the space is mainly composed of wooden tones and ancient copper metal, combined with a unified off white ceiling and stone to create a warm and stable visual experience. The use of large floor to ceiling glass windows introduces outdoor natural light, and the interior and exterior intersect, echoing the concept of boundless space. The application possibilities are further extended.

千墨认为，设计可以在保证销售功能的前提下将情感前置，把客户对于情绪价值的需求先行导入设计，以免后期不断叠加设计语言，反而使得用户对于空间的感受失焦。现代城市冲淡了地域的共同回忆，人与人之间有着独立的信息茧房，属于一代人共同的生活方式与记忆变得稀缺。CHANGEMO believes that design can prioritize emotions while ensuring sales functionality, and guide customers' needs for emotional value into the design to avoid constantly adding design language in the later stages, which can actually cause users to lose focus on the space.Modern cities have diluted the common memories of regions, and there are independent information cocoons between people. Lifestyles and memories that belong to a generation have become scarce.

「 松 」

松针四季长青碧绿，象征着充沛的生命力。

不论从沙发的羽绒松弛感带来的舒适度，还是整体软装的质感，在此空间都得到了最大化的展现。Both the comfort brought by the plush relaxation of the sofa and the overall soft decoration texture are maximized in this space.

「 松 」不仅是客家人喜爱的植物，也是现代东方意境空间的常客。一株形态漂亮的植物可遇而不可求，在空间中亦形成了如艺术品般的展示效果。'Pine' is not only a favorite plant among Hakka people, but also a frequent visitor to modern Eastern artistic spaces. A beautiful plant can be encountered but not sought, and it also creates a display effect like an artwork in the space.

“设计一个梦幻城市很容易，然而建造一个活生生的城市则煞费思量。” 雅各布斯道出了打造一个有温度的空间的重要性和难度。通过打造生活化、社区化且兼具公共性和灵活性的空间，以实现人与人的互动与链接，是故事的生命力来源，也是我们思考的端点。Designing a dream city is easy, but building a living city requires careful consideration, "Jacobs explained the importance and difficulty of creating a warm space. Creating a living, community-based, public and flexible space to achieve interaction and connection between people is the source of vitality for the story and the endpoint of our thinking.

我们意在为来访者打造一个能够愉悦交流的空间，使人们在销售话语场中与对方产生更为自在和舒适的互动。We aim to create a pleasant communication space for visitors, enabling them to interact more freely and comfortably with each other in the sales discourse.

除了销售中心，我们尝试去深挖它作为一个交互场所的意涵，使居民重拾生活的温度与实感，使其兼具商业性和开放性。于是在本案中我们呈现了极具连接性的融合，并期待它与使用者共生、共创、共享。In addition to the sales center, we are trying to delve deeper into its significance as an interactive venue, allowing residents to regain the warmth and realism of their lives, making it both commercial and open. So in this case, we presented a highly connected fusion and looked forward to its symbiosis, co creation, and sharing with users.
